Recently we configured a BizTalk360 and in our environment, alerts/notification aren’t being sent.
This is our screen:
Under C:\Program Files (x86)\Kovai Ltd\BizTalk360\Service\OutboundEmails\Bad, there are all the emails that haven’t been sent:
Update it with a correct email authorized to
be a sender, then restart the BizTalk360 Monitoring Service and that's all.

Error : MailBee.SmtpMail.MailBeeSmtpRefusedDataException: BDAT command has been rejected by the server. The server responded:
550 5.7.1 Client does not have permissions to send as this sender.
The sender of those emails is no-reply@system.com.
To correct this go
to Settings > Monitoring and Notification > Format Email Template (From
Email Address).
